Albury Casting were one of the first to come out with the replaceable footclamp jaw inserts back in 2006 and it was quickly adopted due to the ease of on site replacement. However unlike some others we have only used the correct tool steel, it’s the same steel we use in out foundry toolroom to manufacture our trimming and other high wear tools. The teeth themeselves are harden an almost file-like 55hrc. The teeth are all cut in one setup on our 5 axis CNC ensuring consistency and fit into our jaws.

Our teeth are made from cold work tool steel and then sent for through hardening. The teeth is a one size fits all for our entire jaw range. Each set comes with washers & M6 SHCS bolts.
