About Us
Albury Casting opened in 2016 as a boutique aluminium foundry, machine shop & warehouse.
alcast.com.au is a website setup for Jindera, NSW based, Albury Castings Pty. Ltd. Initially when we opened up in mid 2017 we had a corporate website which also tacked on a online sales section but over time it was pretty clear that from a potential customers point of view it was not ideal. What we wanted was a site that anyone could go into and straight away find what they were looking for and have our best selling items right up front to reduce the time it took to locate and purchase what the customer had visited the site for.
Our corporate site is still available to those who want to know a little bit more about us before buying. As a person who also buys online I like to have at least some basic background knowledge of the people I deal with.
Briefly, Albury Casting was started as a domestic warehouse and boutique aluminium foundry. The other side of our business has operated in Malaysia for the last 20 years where we have gravity & pressure aluminium casting along with toolroom and production CNC machining capability. We saw a unique opportunity to return back to Australia to fill a niche market of supplying quality castings & engineering components both made locally and imported to customers.
Our goal is to allow customers to purchase parts at a competitive price from both local and international sources without the risk of importing directly themselves. Albury Casting stands by all the parts we import and will ensure all parts are fit for use.

Our Malaysian foundry has moved to Ipoh, Perak! Looking towards the future with a bigger and more modern facility.

Gravity & Pressure Casting
We can offer a range of cast facilities from small parts to larger tilt castings.
Importing
We import from our Malaysian foundry and can offer sales of parts not related to the foundry.
CNC Machining.
We have lathe, 3 & 5 axis machining options. As well as in house gravity tooling manufacture.
Post Processing.
Assembly, powder coating, plating it’s all available in house or a short distance from the factory.
