Finally got both the new postbase cover and single point post base moulds away to the foundry so I should in the next update be able to show some samples of these parts. For the future I am working on another simple part which I have had a couple of people ask about. This is a 4 hole post base too but unlike our usual version this will hold the outside of the post in place. I have also made it alot lighter and lower profile so it’s better value & fits the shroud over the top too if you want it that way. The inside dimensions will be 51x51mm to suit a 50mm post and it will have a side tang which allows for a locking Tek screw to secure the post in position after fitting.
I’ll probably start this mould in April and pricing would soon follow after.
